Who are they?

They are also known as "Green Man" (GM) and they are tasked to walk around and stand there waiting for E-Scooter/E-Bike to ride toward them and then they stop the rider to check if they legal ornot.

LTA Outrider
They are also known as LTA Big Bike, and they are tasked to survey around and catch those who are not following the Active Mobility Act and summon/up lorry them. If they see a lot of modified or naughty rider, they will ask the SUV / GM to come down.

They are also known as AMEO SUV which stand for Active Mobility Enforcement Officer, and they are task to drive around in this car and chase those naughty riders.

It is also known as Uplorry Truck as the truck is partnered with LTA to tow all Illegal E-Bikes & E-Scooters.
If you see this truck with some E-Bikes/E-Scooter on it, you know that the AMEO team are near you!

They anyhow suddenly appear under the void deck or near shopping center to uplorry you.
Citizens On Patrol (COP)
COP members patrol their neighbourhoods in groups of at least 4 members to prevent and deter crime. COP members also engage the community on safety and security advice during their patrols to raise the community’s awareness so as to jointly create a safer and secure living environment for all.
They are not related to LTA thus they are not a threat to modified e-bike/pmd users.
Unless you stupid stupid commit a serious crime, then they will ask police to come down only.

They will send you a notice of offence and request for rider particulars. After you submit the form thru fax or letter, they will offically send you a fine letter 1-3months later.
You can appeal at your nearest MP and reduce the fine to as low as $000.
